PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF THE PROCESSING

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed by SEAC® personnel specifically authorized to process such data, who are provided with appropriate instructions on measures, precautions, and procedures aimed at the effective protection of personal data. SEAC® collaborates with companies, consulting firms, and professional offices that provide support in various activities, including but not limited to the management and maintenance of corporate IT infrastructures, consulting and assistance activities, and to ensure better service to the user. Third parties collaborating with SEAC® have been appointed “Data Processors” pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR and have been assigned specific tasks and instructions to ensure user rights are respected during their activities.

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed both on paper and electronically, using systems that implement security measures aimed at protecting your confidentiality. Specific security measures are also observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. Personal data will not be subject to any further processing other than those declared in this document, except upon request and, where necessary, your consent.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA SEAC® does not transfer personal data abroad or to international organizations.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data are stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for the period necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are processed from time to time and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years from collection.
Data processed for sending advertising and commercial information will be retained for no more than 24 months.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

To ensure the correct exercise of rights, the data subject must be unequivocally identifiable.

In particular, the data subject may exercise:

• Right of rectification, which allows data subjects to request correction of inaccurate personal data;
• Right of erasure if the data are no longer to be processed for the original purpose for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

• Right to restriction of processing;

In any case, the data subject may withdraw consent previously given for the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial and advertising communications and may also lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if they believe that the processing of their data is contrary to current legislation.

CHANGES
The Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, also due to changes in applicable legislation.
